What happens if you by a boost mobile phone and don't like it?

My AT & T contract is nearly expired and I am interested in the Samsung Galaxy Prevail. I am also interested in the plan that starts at $50.00 and decreases by $5.00 each 6 months until it bottoms out at $35.00. I am worried that I won't like the phone - bad reception; slow internet connection, etc. Being that this phone is only available via internet purchase and I cannot seem to find a place on Boost's site to contact them, I'm wondering if anyone knows the answer to my question - or at least a Boost user that LOVES the phone and service.
