When will the next American Civil War begin?

When all the Liberals decide to completely move to Vermont and secede from the Union with a new government called the, Liberal Socialist Party of Vermont. More than likely they will ask for Military aid from Canada since about 25% of the Vermont population is already Canadian. Then a Wall will be built around it like the Berlin Wall and Vermont will be divided from the rest of the US for 60 years or until the Liberals go broke from lack of Canadian funding (whichever comes first) and realize their system is unrealistic and unattainable. Once this happens the Liberal Socialist Party leaders will be executed by the new generation of Vermont born youth and will scream to be let back into the Union. Then a monument will be built somewhere in Vermont stating a warning to future generations of the failed state of Liberal mentality which will be doubed "The Vermont Spring". This will take effect for about 50 years until the Liberals come back and brainwash a new generation with a new flavor of their Coolaid.
