What should i do in asking a girl out (who i wont be seeing for a while) until i finish my studies.?

Im busy studying for the hsc(high school certificate) , and wont see her for like a year(march 2011 till 2012 after hsc around november) , i just met her again recently and she told me she lost interest in me(due to my studies)but im not giving up in liking her. Im planning to ask her out after hsc ( of course spend time with her before asking her out) ,but im just clueless in thinking of something that will draw her interest to me again. Her interest are chocolates(shes not fat...) , guys with white hair , asian japanese haircut , strong and funny? Were both asian so yeah , also i dance (freestyle,tutting ,bboy) just to give u guys some idea for what i can do to impress her?
