I just got a galaxy prevail and I cant upload to facebook?

I want to be able to upload pictures to my facebook instantly but it has every option under the sun but facebook. I tried to look through my book but it made no sence and It says something about bluetooth but when I tried that it did nothing! Im getting ANGWEEEY! So if someone could help ill love you forever =)... Thanks
