Is it safe to give b.com from university of mumbai?

i have recently passed my HSC examination... and i am also doing a job... so will it be safe to continue my degree courses from mumbai university or should i take admission in an regular college... pls help me i am really confused in this... and if i go for Mumbai university so can i do mba after that..??
