Does the Galaxy Prevail for Boost Mobile come with a 2gb micro sd when you order it online?

also does it lag a lot when you use it or does it tend to run pretty smoothly? I currently have a htc touch pro 2 with a custom rom and it lags a lot and sometimes it wont even work. I usually have to restart it. So is it a good phone or is it a piece of crap? Thanks for the Help :3
