Megaupload Reward points?

Hello, on Megaupload I have uploaded two files one with “2” downloads and another with “9” downloads. Am I reading the rules wrong because I read them and thought that for every download you get you will get 1 reward point? Saying that surely I should have 11 reward points? But I don’t, I only have 6? It’s been like that for about a week now. Am I reading the rule wrong or is it a bug please be nice thanks.
